Since 2018 we were trying to find a financial support that would allowed us to implement our project 'Work With Dignity For Venezuelan Women In Peru'. With a partnership with Nanas & Amas, we participated at the JuntosEsMejor/BetterTogether Challenge, from USAID and BID, and we gained the opportunity to implement the project.
We are delighted to share with you that Nanas & Amas is about to launch Loop the mobile application that will connect Venezuelan migrant women with per-hour work opportunities to clean homes and offices in Lima Peru, this December.
Through Loop, Venezuelan migrant women in Peru will receive permanent job opportunities, decent monthly incomes, will be able to manage their time (they could schedule their availability to work when they decide) and will be part of a supportive community where our team of coaches will follow up their journey sharing with them tools to help them fullfil their dreams.
Additionally, their profiles will spotlight their profesional experience to encourage the users of the mobile app to refer them to jobs related to their careers.
This all started with your generous support.
In the name of all the Venezuelan migrant women that will participate in Loop, a big THANK YOU!
With gratitude,
Claudia Esparza
