We at GRACE Cares give our deepest thanks to everyone who donated to this GlobalGiving page to support two important community empowerment projects led by local heroes with Project Hearts in Baitoa, Dominican Republic and the Base for Hope and Human Rights Organization (BHHRO) in South Sudan. With your generous donations, Project Hearts will soon begin their next Community Health Leadership training program to empower a new cohort of women through health education. In South Sudan, eight young women and mothers were trained in starting and sustaining small-businesses and received seed funding to launch their ventures. No more funds are needed at this time so we are taking down this project page, but we wanted you to know that this initiative that you gave to will improve the quality of life for women in the Dominican Republic and South Sudan and we are forever grateful for your generosity.
