Our women fight for democracy as well as for equal rights for all ethnic groups inside Myanmar. Join our cause today and donate for the freedom for all people in Myanmar!
On March 28th 2025, Myanmar was hit by a 7.7 magnitude earthquake, with a death toll of 2000 and counting. "The UN and aid groups warn the disaster could exacerbate hunger and disease outbreaks in a country already wracked by food shortages, mass displacement and civil war." This has worsened the situation in the country that has been already devastating since the coup in February 2021. The people of Myanmar have been experiencing ongoing politics of fear and humanitarian crisis.
We assist the strong women, who are supporting their communities in their fight for freedom. Women leadership is strengthened, teachers are being trained in order to educate the youth. Young people have a chance to learn outside the curriculum of the government, having access to critical thinking skills and becoming community leaders themselves. We also give access to trauma support, so that the women stay balanced, strong and stable leaders. We train and grow a strong mass of women leaders.
To give freedom and equality to all people of Myanmar. To stop the military from controlling over politics, which they have always done. Even with the NLD elected, the military had 25% of the seats in parliament. The 2008 constitution has to be abolished and a new constitution should be written. The women of We women will be part of writing this history. They will encourage gender participation in all layers of society and will ensure equality for all ethnicities in Myanmar.
