Innovation Offered by the Project

Our project introduces a holistic, integrated approach that combines job creation, health promotion, and emotional well-being—rather than addressing each in isolation. This is innovative because:

1. Integrated Model

   • Traditional social programs often focus on either employment, health, or welfare.

   • Our project simultaneously tackles income generation, physical wellness, and emotional resilience, creating a synergistic impact on beneficiaries.

2. Community-Driven Design

   • Programs are co-created with beneficiaries to ensure relevance, ownership, and long-term sustainability.

   • Community leaders are trained as facilitators, empowering local solutions rather than imposing external interventions.

3. Sustainable Employment Focus

   • We emphasize dignified, inclusive, and sustainable jobs, not just temporary employment or aid.

   • Entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise support are provided alongside formal job placement, enabling multiple income streams.

We managed to engaged 10 single mothers. Creating interactive communication and self-help group among the unwed mothers and single mothers. We will continue to grow the teams. Thank you.
