Winter is definitely over in Nepal - in Birgunj the average temperatures exceed 40 degrees so now cold showers are in demand!
Now the rainy season is starting - we get heavy rains and we even had a lightning that struck our children's home but everyone is fine, just some fans and a computer broken.
Our buffalo is getting showers at least twice a day and she even has got a fan in her bamboo house, so she is being well looked after. The boys got new cricket sets donated so now they are making a full use out of those, but that's always late afternoons, when it gets a bit cooler.
With the start of a new season, we've decided to redecorate the home - and the boys are really enjoying helping with painting, we cannot wait to see new colours on our walls!
We all wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported our winter campaign - we wouldn't be able to provide everything that we do for our children without your support. Please have a look through our other campaigns, and please share those with anyone you think could be interested in supporting them. As always, all your donations are going directly to the projects.
Thank you so much
