Every year, the Good Initiatives Foundation organizes a unique Winter Sports and Therapeutic Camp that combines the joy of winter activities with meaningful emotional and social development. It is a week-long trip during which young people from foster care institutions can actively rest - skiing, playing in the snow, taking part in team games, and spending time together - while also experiencing a safe and supportive space for personal growth.
Children and young people in foster care often face emotional trauma, low self-esteem and lack of safe spaces to develop healthy relationships.
Our solution Our Winter Sports & Therapeutic Camp combines physical activity, group work and professional therapeutic support in a safe, structured environment.
Thanks to this camp: X children receive therapeutic support X build emotional resilience X develop social skills and self-confidence
