A Vision Taking Shape
What began as a dream is now becoming reality. We are thrilled to announce that the sod-cutting ceremony for our washroom and changing room project for underserved girls in Oda Nkawnta, Eastern Region of Ghana, was a resounding success.
On 29th May 2026, community leaders, stakeholders, supporters, and beneficiaries gathered to reaffirm the importance of this initiative and to demonstrate our collective commitment to building a brighter future for our girls.
This project is more than just infrastructure. It symbolises dignity, safety, confidence, and equal opportunity—ensuring that girls can pursue their education without barriers. Access to safe and appropriate sanitation facilities is a basic necessity, and we are proud to be taking this crucial step toward addressing that need.

While the physical construction has yet to begin, there is concern that current funds may not be sufficient to advance the project to a secure stage—one where all entry points can be blocked to prevent unauthorised use of the facilities. To overcome this, we are intensifying our fundraising efforts with the goal of raising 50% of the required funds ($9,000). This will allow us to commence construction and reach a stage where the facilities are protected from misuse.

Guided by our mission to Educate • Empower • Excel, we held impact sessions on 10th July 2026 aimed at creating opportunities for vulnerable girls to stay in school, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.
