Will benefit 75 pupils of Apedi and Angic P/S

From the fund received from GlobalGiving and Founder Members of Kole Intellectual Forum; in the Month of February and the subsequent months that follows up to May 2019; the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum), whose aims are to contribute towards reconstruction of the post war area of Northern Uganda; specifically by promoting quality education of the children of the common men in the public schools; through community Integration programs, by supporting programs that entrepreneurial oriented within the area, and to advocate for community led groups in the Proposed Academic Center of Excellency of the organization at Apedi, Apach Parish, Aboke Sub-County, Angic primary school, plus new area of operations: St Benedictine Nursery and primary school, Both in Bala Sub County; all of them in Kole District.

Following the decision of the Board Members of Kole Intellectual Forum held at their offices at Te-Okole Village, Ogwangacuma Parish in Feb 2019, as well as following the purpose of what  the fund was asked for, from Donors through GlobalGiving; within these few months of operations, the organization after identifying some children out of school within this area, and those that were really needy; the organization invested part of those fund for; paying school fees for 12 children in different schools during this 1st term (2019): 7 at Angic primary school, 3 at Aumi, St Benedictine Nursery and Primary school, both in Bala Sub-County, one at Bright Light Seccondary School and another one at Elyon Christian High School in Lira district; some of these fund was allocated for procuring them some scholastic materials: uniforms, books, mattress, and school bags.

On the other hand, part of the fund mainly those that were raised from the founder members was allocated towards the construction of Academic Center of Excellency of Kole Intellectual Forum; at Apedi, Apach parish, Aboke Sub-County; although, the area is not yet open officially, the community and children around the area have already show love for are the have some activities going on it as you can sess above; by formally, the center will be openned in July 2019 and  community (mainly those community of Apedi and Angic and beyond in the later time) will be brought together to debate matters that concern them (generation of ideas), discussed it, interpret it, diagonaize it, and implement them; particularly, isssues that gives values to Quality education; and this will all be possible if at tall we manange to raise the expected fund from the organizational  founder members and from the donors that have always be supportive to the project of Kole Intellectual Forum..   

Other than Apedi and Angic primary school in Kole district; the organization is outreaching many schools within in Kole district; campaigning for quality education within the region. Among them is Caroline Nursery and primary school, Aumi , St benedictine Nursery and primary School, and AcanKado Primary school; implying that part of this fund is also had been going towards campaign for quality education in Kole District.

Above all, with intervention of Kole Intellectual Forum at Apedi Primary school in 2016 and Angic Primary school; there had been altitudinal change in the lives of the parents, teachers and children of these schools. The performance of the children in these schools also improve drastically; although, quiet a lot of other things need to be put in place.
