Shera is a strong girl who has been the head of her family since her father passed away. She lives in Fushe Kosova with her mother which is partly paralyzed and her three sisters. It wasn't easy for her to work and take care of her family at the same time, but she's been doing this for years.
Since her father passed away and her mother is half-paralyzed (unable to work due to this), Shera has been responsible for supporting her family.
Because of this, she had to leave school when she was in the ninth grade and has been working since she was 14 years old to support her family. She has worked several different jobs: she worked as a babysitter and also worked forThe Ideas Partnership for some time with children in the kindergarten. However, her dream is to go to college to become a translator, since she speaks several different languages. She is also currently engaged and hopes that she will be able to fulfill her dream and that her family will have a better future.
Through this project, The Ideas Partnership is helping the Widows of Fushe Kosova with food packages.
Thank you to all of you donors for supporting Shera's family and the other Widows families in Fushe Kosova.
