“Welcome Party” was arranged on the School reopening day. The children were given welcome drinks with other refreshments. There was also a competition of Jalebi eating organized as a part of fun-leading start to school. The winners were given prizes. The other activities which were held in the June month are;
- Drawing competition – Papers & color sketches were provided for pre-primary section. The topic was self-decided by the children. All the children were given a crayon box in return for showing enthusiasm by participating in the competition.
- Quiz Competition – The children were selected from 3rd, 4th & 5th standard through a general round of questions. Then for the semi-final round they were clustered into four groups among which two teams went for final round. Both the winner team & runner up were gifted with prizes.
- Project work – The children were given project work based on their subject topics. They used the waste materials as well with the new ones to make the best models. The best models were appreciated with gifts.
- Art & craft classes – An intern involved in teaching the children basic & lovely craft items like pen stand, flower vase, paper flowers, tissue toys, etc. The children have shown a great interest in learning & making them.
