Challenge

For many children in Appalachia, balanced meals are only available when school is in session. Learning can be difficult enough without an empty stomach. Help feed a hungry child child in Appalachia during times not at school and allow a young student to focus on learning. Children should not have to wonder where their next meal will come from and the Weekend Pantry Program will alleviate such worries.

Solution

Supporting the Weekend Pantry Program will provide food to a child at times when sustenance might not otherwise be available.

Long-Term Impact

By helping a child you are making an investment in their future that will benefit them for a lifetime. Your financial support can help meet the basic needs that every child deserves and bring about lasting change to children worldwide.
