Voices of Our Future

The World Pulse community and training team is currently hard at work getting ready for a new start of World Pulse's signature training program in digital empowerment, Voices of Our Future, in January 2015. Starting this October, we will be inviting women from all over the world to apply to the program.

In the past six months our training team has been engaged in research to assess how we can best continue to support the training needs of all the members of our online community. This has included both quantitative surveys that we sent to over 20,000 members as well as qualitative research (strategic focus group discussions and individual discussions). 

Our signature training program continues to have an incredible impact on the women who participate beyond the finite dates of the training itself. Our team at World Pulse is dedicated to continuing to support these grassroots women change leaders after they graduate from the program and to foster their leadership. The research we are conducting will inform ways we can continue to nurture the online and offline activism of these incredible women.

We also launched a World Pulse Community Advisory Board in May of 2014. The advisory board is composed of six World Pulse community ambassadors, all gradutates from our Voices of Our Future signature program. The World Pulse Community Advisory Board is an advisory body that acts as representatives of the World Pulse online community to give input and recommendations to World Pulse's staff and board.
