Summary

Torrential monsoon rain in Wayanad, Kerala, already killed over 400 people, left almost 200 injured and 151 are still missing till Wednesday - possibly washed away or trapped beneath the mud. As the massive tragedy continues to unfold, devastated families - some mourning, some waiting in hope to find their loved ones - they need our urgent help, with their homes, lives and futures. Immediate relief like food, water and temporary shelter, and then to support long-term recovery and rebuilding.

Long-Term Impact

This project will protect the survivors from homelessness, starvation, health and other issues. Small business people will be able to start business and earn. The livelihood sources of women will be strengthened and they will be provided skill trainings. Adolescent girls and their family's health condition will improve, school kit, dresses, Special coaching and counselling continue their education without drop out.
