Thank you very much for your donation to our project providing water for a waterless village in Mindanao. Water is indeed life and in this times, water is becoming scarcer especially in remote villages where deforestation and intensive farming is happening. There is a need to protect and preserve watershed areas that are sources of water in order to provide continuous supply to villagers. Our approach is the tapping of watershed water sources such as springs and aquifers and then use gravity to bring the water to downstream communities. This reporting period we have tapped a water source and provide water to 17 households, giving them access to water on a continuous bases. Hoping that you will continue to help our initiative.
