Greetings from Kenya Rainwater Association!I trust this update finds you safe!
In this COVID 19 era, Schools should enforce regular hand washing with safe water and soap, alcohol rub/hand sanitizer or chlorine solution and, at a minimum, daily disinfection and cleaning of school surfaces, also Schools should provide water, sanitation and waste management facilities and follow environmental cleaning and decontamination procedures.
This has presented a lot of challenges to public primary schools, these schools have huge populations of a thousand pupils and above, and their WASH facilities are congested, over used and most times not enough.
It is against this backdrop that that we at KRA continue to seek for your assistance with building the WASH facilities in these schools so that we can assist the vulnerable children stay in school and avert COVID 19 infections.
In this regard, your financial assistance will go along away.
We look forward to beginning a new project in some school in the coming days as we accumulate all your generous contributions.
Thank you, stay safe
