Dreams of Better Days

Greetings from Kenya Rainwater Association!I trust this update finds you safe!

For many of us, living in a COVID-19 world feels as if we have been thrown into an alternative reality. We live day and night inside the same walls. We fear touching groceries that arrive at our doorstep. If we venture into town, we wear masks, and we get anxious if we pass someone who is not wearing one. We have trouble discerning faces. It’s like living in a dream

COVID 19 has shown us the need for the very basic needs of hygiene, which is water and soap, which most of these children lack in their schools. The schools have reopened and most of the public schools are still under prepared to meet this basic requirement, this is where your support comes in, with 10,20,50,100 dollars or Euros, we could make this a reality, get them some permanent solutions to both water and latrine problems.

We are KRA would also really like to play our role in fighting this disease, and any financial assistance from your generous contributions will go along away.

We look forward to beginning a new project in some school in the coming days  as we accumulate all your generous contributions..

We also ask you humbly to  join GlobalGiving's July Bonus Day  taking place on Wednesday, July 14, starting at 9:00 a.m. ET where they will be matching donations of $100 and up while funds last*.

Thank you, stay safe
