As winter approaches, displaced children in South Lebanon face harsh conditions without adequate clothing or shoes. Conflict, displacement, and economic hardship have left families unable to meet basic needs. Through Warm Hands, Hopeful Hearts, Naba'a aims to provide 450 vulnerable displaced children in Tyre District and surrounding areas with warm clothing kits and winter shoes, protecting them from the cold while restoring comfort, dignity, and hope.
Ongoing conflict and repeated displacement in South Lebanon have left thousands of families struggling to meet their basic needs. As winter approaches, many displaced children lack warm clothing and proper shoes, exposing them to harsh weather and health risks. Families who have lost their homes and livelihoods cannot afford essential winter items, as limited resources are prioritized for food, rent, and healthcare, leaving vulnerable children without adequate protection from the cold.
Through Warm Hands, Hopeful Hearts, Naba'a will provide 450 vulnerable displaced children in South Lebanon with winter clothing kits and warm shoes. Each kit will include essential winter garments to protect children from harsh weather conditions. Priority will be given to the most vulnerable families, including female-headed households and children with disabilities. The project will help children stay warm, healthy, and comfortable while easing the financial burden on their families.
The project will improve the well-being, health, and dignity of 450 displaced children in South Lebanon by providing essential protection during winter. It will reduce children's exposure to harsh weather, ease financial pressure on vulnerable families, and allow caregivers to prioritize other basic needs. Beyond immediate relief, the project will contribute to children's sense of safety, comfort, and resilience during displacement.
