Thank you for standing with Ukrainian children and their families. Your support helps kids continue their treatment during some of the hardest months.
A child’s recovery depends on timely access to treatment and care — something war and financial hardship can put at risk. In 2025, Ukraine entered another year of full-scale war, with Russian attacks continuing across the country. For hundreds of families, the reality is especially difficult: they are facing the war in their country while their child is going through cancer treatment.
But no child should lose their chance to recover because their family cannot carry the burden alone. That’s where Tabletochki comes in. Together with you.
In 2025, thanks to donors like you, 1,300 families received assistance — totaling $5.3 million in support. This meant access to medicines, treatment, accommodation close to hospitals, psychological support, rehabilitation and other assistance families needed along the way.
For families, this support means less financial pressure and more opportunity to focus on what matters most — being there for their child.
“When friends and relatives asked how they could help, we told them: support the foundation. They know what to do. It is such valuable support, because many families could not afford the cost of treatment on their own,” says Natalia, mother of 8-year-old Maksym, who was treated for a brain tumour.
Childhood cancer treatment can take months or even years. That’s why being able to count on support throughout this journey matters so much. Regular giving helps us plan ahead and be there when families need us.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month — a time to talk about childhood cancer and the challenges children face. It’s also a reminder that support is needed not just for a moment, but throughout a child’s treatment journey.
