Wow! 967 people participated in our Annual Gobolondlo Mountain Hike on May 10, 2026!
It was a lovely fusion of young professionals, retired folk, company teams - plus a growing number of community members from the 17 rural areas that formed Vusumnotfo.
This is gratifying as on a personal level making it to the top exemplifies shifting from a dependency mindset to our Vision - 17 Swazi communities, willing and able to improve their environmental, social and economic conditions.
Aligned with this, SNG Grant Thornton purchased tickets for 232 children from 33 rural schools to participate. Despite their age - and in some cases size - all the school children made it to the top!
Thus each student went home with a hard earned personal accomplishment for a lifetime of inspiration.
Your donations help support our slow and steady journey to reverse dependency by strengthening child development and learning practices at family and community level in the 17 rural Swazi communities that formed Vusumnotfo. Thank you.
We would love to have you join our hike - second Sunday of May - Always!
