We offer vocational training to youngsters in the rural areas in Burkina Faso. With a technical degree these youngsters will be able to open their own workshops and earn their own money. In that way they will be self-supporting and less dependent on aid from abroad.
90% Of the rural population in Burkina Faso are small farmers, who grow food crops for their families. These farmers depend heavily on the rainy season; drought periods result immediately in famine.
Offering vocational training to the youngsters will open the possibility to create their own workshops to earn their own money to support their families and even employ people. In that way these youngsters are independent from aid programs and will help to develop their country.
