Management Change - April/2025
We are pleased to announce an important transition in the management of Dream Learn Work. After a period of dedication, impact, and valuable contributions, Crislaine has stepped down from her position as General Manager of the organization. We are deeply grateful to Crislaine for her commitment, dedication, and humanized vision, which have left a positive mark on DLW’s journey and on everyone who was a part of it during her management.
With great enthusiasm, we announce the arrival of Mikkel, who has taken on the role of the new General Manager of Dream Learn Work. Mikkel brings with him solid experience in managing social projects, as well as a strong commitment to the organization's mission. His background, combined with a strategic and locally-sensitive vision, will undoubtedly contribute to a new phase of growth, innovation, and impact.
This transition marks not only a change in leadership but also the continuation of our purpose: to build bridges between young people in situations of vulnerability and real opportunities for personal and professional development. We remain confident that, with the support of our network of partners and supporters, this new cycle will be full of achievements, learning, and positive transformations.
