The master builder beneficiary of the ParaConstruir Foundation develops his trade independently, in addition, his income is basically from day to day, his families are large, which hinders the economic solvency of the home, therefore, it does not allow to have a programmed saving to make improvements or endowment of your home. This project will contribute to the possession of a decent home, transforming the social and family environment of the master builder.
It was identified that the master builders belonging to the ParaConstruir Foundation who have their own home, the interior is in uninhabitable conditions due to the construction previously carried out with flimsy materials or the little / no provision of household elements, consequently the deterioration of housing has been remarkable over the years, thus preventing access to safe and dignified housing for Medellin construction foremen and their families.
The dignified housing project will allow the improvement and provision of housing for 15 construction foremen from the department of Antioquia, positively impacting their family nucleus, significantly transforming their social environment, improving the quality of life and providing security and decent housing with basic housing conditions. From our family life program, we will work to strengthen and support the family, in order to generate comprehensive changes in these communities.
The project will improve the home of 15 construction masters from Antioquia positively impacting the family group and generating transformation in the social environment By improving and/or equipping the houses, the family fabric and the life project of the beneficiaries will be strengthened, in addition, each member of the family group will be empowered to generate positive changes in their community and that these remain in time With this project we generate shared value in all interest groups
