HEARING CARE FOR NEEDY CHILDREN

As of the date of this report, 75 donors have made a total of 113 donations
to the KEX Kids Fund through GlobalGiving for donations totaling $20,652,
or 31.7% of the overall goal of $65,000.
From April through June 2026, the KEX Kids Fund helped 11 children
with comprehensive hearing exams in 7 counties. We partnered with
33 audiology providers to help families in need across Oregon & SW
Washington over the past year.
Your support is crucial in sustaining our program to help children
access hearing care.
School nurses work closely with the school vision screening program
led by the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation (OLSHF) to
ensure that children who are referred for vision and hearing care
receive resources such as the KEX Kids Fund.
School nurses are grateful for the resources provided by the KEX Kids
Fund. This program helps children see, hear and learn to their
potential.
