The Virgin Islands Children's Museum has ongoing Art Exploration projects that require funds for the purchase of art supplies. Art initiatives such as those administered during Toddler Tuesday, our Music Explorations Exhibit, Dance Room, Community Events, and our At Home Discovery Kit Program aim to keep kids engaged and creating in all art mediums. Donations help keep the reoccurring cost of running these programs and events going and growing!
We require funds that are specifically budgeted for arts and culture programing.
As these funds will be allocated specifically for arts and culture programming this project will help us ensure we have funds to purchase the art supplies and tools needed to continue to offer our Arts and Culture programs.
Allowing kids to express themselves in creative and artistic ways can help shape who they are. Supporting Arts and Culture programs for kids can encourage healthy self esteem, positive emotional outlets, and exploration of self and experience. The long-term impact of free art exploration and creativity outlets is invaluable for developing youth.
