On behalf of the St Vincent de Paul Society of NSW, we would like to extend thanks to our generous supporters once again for their contribution to the Vinnies COVID-19 Appeal. Funds raised through this project so far have raised $3730, allowing Vinnies to provide vital assistance to families at breaking point. $3564 helps to Vinnies provide 56 children with essential clothing or 20 food hampers to hungry families. It allows us to pay the utility bills for 8 struggling families or could even help to keep 2 families in their homes.
As we continue to live with COVID-19, the need for Vinnies Services is ongoing. The pandemic will continue to place increased financial strain on individuals and families who will turn to Vinnies for essential support. Your donation to this project has helped ensure that we can continue to assist these people now and into the future, as we continue to serve those experiencing homelessness and disadvantage within the community.
