This project will help build a children playground, murals, toilets, sink and mini pantry, and green features in Pertiwi 2 Jelok Kindergarten located in Boyolali, Central Java, Indonesia. The project gives children in the school and the village a place to play in daily basis, and support 21 children in the school and more than 100 children as well as 200 parents in the villages.
Villages in rural parts of Indonesia (Focus area : Central Java) have been facing the same challenge, which is not having an access to a proper early childhood education. Children under the age of six has the right to learn and play in a safe space environment. Children in these villages spend their time learning in spaces that are so small, sometimes even borrowing rooms from neighboring space, and play with a minimum set of tools. We intend to help them by providing their basic needs.
ars86care Foundation is working with Pertiwi 2 Jelok Kindergarten, Boyolali and hope to raise fund so we could provide them with their essential needs including Playground Equipment, Toilets, Mini Pantry, Green Features, and Murals (wall decoration). The School itself has already own these things but in very poor condition. On that note, by equipping the school with these additional features, we hope that the children will learn in an inspiring environment.
The long-term impact for this Project is to benefit the whole village community to make use of the Playground features and also introduces the village to green living lifestyle. It is important for the villagers to have at least one safe area for the children to learn and play. Each year, the number of children will increase therefore the number of beneficiaries from this project will increase with it.
