Summer in Santiago means lots of fun in the sun and quality time with the kids. School's out, which means volunteers get to be extra creative with workshops and activities. We are so lucky to have such a great new group!
Our new January 2015 Class survived two intense weeks of orientation and came out ready to start volunteering with their new skills and valuable knowledge. They are finishing up their first month at their partner organizations and have already done so many amazing things!
Santiago summer brings on our annual reading program ¡Vamos a Leer!. Volunteers are motivating kids to meet summer reading goals over the next month and getting ready to celebrate at our summer Carnaval at the end of the February.
Can you help make this year's Carnaval the best one ever by helping us buy books, snacks and other supplies for the event?
Un abrazo,
Josh
