2022 has been so great although our green kidz haven't had their yoga classes which is something they really enjoy the most. we haven't had any donations which makes it difficult for us to pay our yoga teacher and to buy yoga mats, straps and other things needed.
This month we opened our beautiful womens center which will be a suitable and great space for the kids' yoga class.
Please Keep supporting Nourish so that our green kidz can continue with their beautiful yoga classes because it's very good for their health and behavior. We need donations to buy yoga mats, yoga straps, yoga blocks, water bottles and other things.
