At the Nourish we believe that yoga keeps one very health and fit and our green kidz are so happy to do their yoga practice which takes place in wednesday and friday. Our yoga instructor Califonia she's very passionate about teaching yoga and she's very patient and gentle with them .Although we are hoping raising money to buy yoga mats and build a small hall where our green kidz will have their yoga session daily to maiting a good lifestyle for them and keep them in a shelther instead of being on the streets.
