On June 24th, twin earthquakes struck Venezuela, leaving thousands of people in La Guaira completely devastated. Vulnerable communities are facing a severe crisis, cut off from basic healthcare, essential food, and critical medical supplies. Many injured or sick individuals are isolated in the hardest-hit, remote neighborhoods and cannot travel to receive care, creating an urgent, life-threatening emergency that requires immediate medical intervention and resource distribution.
Fundacion Vive Mas is providing free on-site care and supplies at our La Guaira clinic hub. Your donations will fund the logistics, fuel, and transport needed to deploy teams of volunteer medical students and specialists directly into isolated neighborhoods. We will deliver urgent medical care, supplies and medicines straight to those who cannot travel, ensuring guaranteed emergency aid reaches the heart of the most affected communities.
Beyond immediate disaster relief, this project establishes a resilient healthcare foundation for La Guaira. By equipping the clinic with vital portable medical equipment, such as: blood glucose monitors, pulse oximeters, portable nebulizers, and folding cots. We will leave behind a lasting infrastructure. This ensures the community remains fully equipped to continuously treat hundreds of patients, building long-term medical capacity and preparedness for future health crises.
