URGENT INTERVENTION FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

Dear Supporters,

Our Urgent Intervention for Children with Disabilities project in Kilifi County continues to face significant challenges. To date, we have not received sufficient funding to run this initiative effectively. Despite this, we remain committed and hopeful that donors will consider supporting this critical cause.

The need is urgent. Thousands of children with disabilities remain hidden, neglected, or denied access to education and healthcare. Families struggle to provide medical care, assistive devices, and school fees, while stigma and poverty deepen their exclusion. Without immediate intervention, these children risk being left behind.

Our plan is to enroll children with disabilities in school, provide tailored learning materials, expand access to healthcare and assistive devices, and empower families through community support programs. With full funding, we can break the cycle of exclusion and give these children dignity, education, and a future.

Although funding has not yet come through, we continue to raise awareness and engage with partners. We are hopeful that with renewed donor attention, this project will soon receive the support it needs to begin transforming lives.
