Just before the 2023 Christmas break, we eagerly anticipated the arrival of MacBook laptops for Kenyan law students with visual impairment. Now, the wait is over! We're excited to announce that the 20 MacBook laptops have safely landed in Kenya, bringing us one step closer to our mission of empowering blind law students to achieve their dreams and make a positive impact on society.
We have collaborated with the law departments at Kenyatta University, the University of Nairobi, and Mount Kenya University to distribute these laptops to 20 deserving university students. But our support doesn't end there. Before handing over the laptops, our dedicated inABLE team will ensure they are fully equipped with assistive technology and provide ongoing support for a seamless transition in their educational journey.
