SmartAID response to Ukraine:
SmartAID installed 12 of telemedicine units to support medical consultations that assist local medical personnel with complex treatments as well as crucial surgeries, improved local and national charity’s supply chain which provided together over 100 tons of hygiene material, provided 70 solar generators, powerpack and large batteries to 65 medical institutions, distributed 100 mobile baby incubators across the country, piloted a successful patient data collection program in one hospital and more.
SmartAID has created a host of WASH programs in partnership with local government, multioperation entities and charities, providing and using high-end sanitation units to hospitals, schools and shelters where tens of thousands of people are living and being treated. SmartAID has been working closely with Karcher, a world-renowned company specializing in sanitization solutions for large facilities, where 45 hospitals and 30 shelters where sanitized entirely.
Over the course of 2023, Smart
SmartAID has been on the ground since the onset of the war, installing Starlink satellite units all across Moldova and the Polish – Ukrainian border. In addition, SmartAID professionals have been installing Wi-Fi routers and connecting 100 shelters, health facilities, schools and other places of gathering of refugees and IDPs across Ukraine, Moldova, and Hungary.
SmartAID has been providing mobile solar generators, powerpacks, power banks and inverters for local government health, social and educational institutions as well as for charities and first responders to ensure a continued and reliable power supply.
