During this reporting period, despite the absence of substantial targeted subsidies designated specifically for the reconstruction of our central hub, the Ukrainian Federation of Food Banks has maintained steady progress toward restoring and modernizing the facility. Through prudent resource allocation and operational resilience, critical infrastructure upgrades remain underway.
Milestones Completed
Full Renovation of Administrative & Office Spaces: Comprehensive renovation works for the Federation’s headquarters office facilities were successfully executed. This milestone establishes a fully functional, secure, and equipped operational base for management, logistics coordination, and administrative personnel.
Current Priorities & Critical Needs
Warehouse Facility Renovation: While administrative capacity is now restored, there is an ongoing and urgent need to renovate the Federation’s central warehouse premises.
