By Cora Sayre | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative assisting those affected by Typhoon Tembin. We did a visit to the affected areas and found out that even until now, there are residents who have difficulty repairing their houses. Some of the houses have walls that are destroyed and rain or wind affects those living inside. In this regard, and with the help of local supporters and partners we are able to provide heavy-duty tarps that families can use in a temporary manner while they are looking for more durable materials. We also advised them to use palm fronds as additional repair materials with the palms growing in large numbers in their farms.
Hoping for your continuing generosity and support.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora
