By Cora Sayre | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project helping those affected by Typhoon Tembin recover from the calamity. The recovery effort will take long especially for those who have very little assets. They will have a hard time recovering and the problem is that after the typhoon comes another tropical depression called Falcon that wrecked havoc to affected families. With gardening as an easy and sure solution to hunger and malnutrition, we focused our effort to continue promoting this strategy. Vegetables are easy to grow and some crops mature early. This reporting period, we are able to support 75 families in their gardening activities with seeds and small garden tools. Thanks also to a local donor who provided us with much-needed assistance.
Hoing for your continuing donation.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora
