This programme is running Educational Home at Sirumalai Hills in Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu (India), where tribe are in to interior forest without accessible of any basic amenities. The children with their parents are scattered in the hills without education, health and safe accommodation. Very often the people are shifting their habitat in searching food and water. They are facing often sex abuses and human rights violence.
ROSI FOUNDATION has provided Safe accommodation with one counselor, one warden and two cooker / sweeper. In the last three months, we provided Educational materials as note books, notes, geometry box, sketch pencils, drawing pencil, chart, pen, pencil, etc for 15 girls children. Counseling was given to the girls on personnel hygienic, sanitation and education by counselor. Recreations as TV, Caram board. Chess, etc are given. Now the children are free safety from sex abuses and human rights violence in risk/forest area if they are in our educational home. The children have been undergone Health counseling on personnel hygienic, sanitation, family life and educational
Spot light of a tribe family: Ms.Katurani (7), Ms.Chitra(7) and Ms.Selvi (8) are belonging to tribe and Tholukkadu area. Their survivals are fully expecting forest (Minor Forest Produces). They are in remote and forest area without accessibility of road and electricity under threaten of wild animal. They were under risk of human rights issues and sex abuse. She was no entry in school.
In your support, ROSI FOUNDATION retrieved the family to safe place and They were taken to our educational school. In some individual donor’s support, we are caring her in the centre with food, cloth, blanker, recreation and counseling. She are now studing 3nd std. Their families are thanking you and other donors
