With the valuable contribution of a local donor, we are now closer to building the new field! We only need USD 5,000 more. Help us make this dream come true!
Seven years ago, we built the first synthetic grass rugby field in a penitentiary unit in the world: the Coliseo Bernardo Miguens, located in Unit 48 of San Martín.
This field has witnessed the transformation of hundreds of Spartans who now seek a life away from crime, and it stands as a symbol of sport as a tool for transformation.
Thanks to its construction, the number of participants in the Espartano program has increased. Very soon, we hope to build a new field in Unit 46 of San Martín. Additionally, the new field will also be used by the women's team, "Las Espartanas." These are women deprived of their freedom who, through rugby, spirituality and human formation, education, and job training, are preparing for a different life in freedom, doing good and staying away from crime.
Let’s say yes to second chances!
