This project will connect 500 underserved graduates with professional mentors who provide personalized guidance, career skills training, and access to employment opportunities. Through one-on-one virtual sessions, graduates will gain resume building, interview preparation, and workplace skills. GMI's partnerships with global companies will facilitate direct job placements, breaking barriers to employment and fostering economic stability.
