Since 2002, more than 13,000 people have been benefited in our Training Centers throughout Venezuela, of which 55% are youngsters. The Job Bank has placed more than 2500 of our participants in their first job in the formal market, with the collaboration of more than 110 hiring companies; thus enforcing a sense of commitment in their Social Enterprise role by assuring these youngsters personal development. Also, more than 1500 participants continue their studies, according to our follow-up statistics.
