Dear sponsor,
On behalf of Women Without Borders- Kenya I take this opportunity to appreciate to you all who supported this girl child project. Its only one year down the line ,we are already getting the outcome. Our sincere gratitudes goes to Kim Power who initiated this program and now she is going on retire due to her health.We pray that all friends who worked tirelessly with her to raise funds to support this girls should continue. May the Lord God take care of you and your family.
Silvia Waswa the girl in this picture recalls when WWBK picked her from the village and now she is joining Form one.She says"what God can do no man can do"Without you she would have not reached where she has arrived but still she has along way to complete her educate.Her life will never be the same again.Barbra is narrating the same story.
WWBK is working in rural community of Kenya to reach unreachable. Through your support ,we are to reduce early marriages, early pregnancy, child labour. The school which was rejected in this community ,is now out shinning. From below 250 marks now 377.With over 15 children with above 300.Despite other issues like jiggers poor sanitation and lack of water in the school.There is live.
W8th as little as $10 we can purchase sanitary pads to keep girls in school.

$ 20 can purchase apair of shoes per child
$25 will buy full uniform per child in primary schools.
$40 can pay tuition fee for the whole year per child
$50 purchase books for 2 children
$100 can support 2 staff to follow up children
$250can pay fee for 1 girl in a day secondary school.
$500 pay fee in secondary boarding school per year.
$500 can purchase basic needs for 1 girl in boarding school.
