Construction almost complete!

Transforming lives through sport

Thank you for supporting us to build the five-aside football field! We are excited to report that the construction of the second field at the Unite Action Arena is almost complete. The base works, surround boarding, netting and lights have all been installed and now all that needs to be done is the final smoothing of the base and then laying of the turf itself.

We are expecting a completion date of 31st November for the turf to be ready for action by 1st December.

This second turf will be a multiplay turf mostly used for football and hockey. We're very excited about the recent growth in hockey fives and being able to add this to our offerings for leagues and social bookings, which will be a great boost for the local community and our income-generating projects at United Through Sport.

Additionally, the second turf will allow us to double our project's impact. Providing more children with the chance to play sports in a safe and positive space. We will be focusing on using sport as a tool to teach valuable life skills and encourage each child's development.
