Through the training in different areas and topics given to these 200 women heads of households, they will not only be helped to be self-sustaining and productive, but these actions and learning will contribute in the reduction of unequal conditions in education and employment that affect the city of Cartagena, specially the Olaya Herrera neighborhood.
