Dear global givers,
We have been monitoring the installed system and generating strategies to improve the installation and to reduce the water lag in the community promoting an alternative to centralized accessibility. The pandemic had affected the community and few people died, the rain season had been modified because of climate change and local deforestation.
We are working with the community to raise awareness about the sustainable use of local water resources. We are generating alliances to finance the replicability of the rain harvest locally and regionally and we have made contact with other communities in the same region in order to find applications of ecologic practices based on agriculture and rain harvesting.
Now we are focused on promoting community ties to reconnect with water and soils through activities with strict sanitary protocol, among which we will have collective work sessions, training and audiovisual projections, workshops and cultural activities too!
