Empower Young Visually Impaired Talents

By Nasreen | Project Head

Empowering young individuals with visual impairment to achieve financial independence is key to building an inclusive society.
At IAB, we support this vision through specialized training and job-oriented sales kits tailored to their needs.
These initiatives enhance skills, boost confidence, and create pathways to sustainable livelihoods.

Our programs focus on computer literacy, vocational training, and employment-oriented skill development.
They are designed to equip youth with practical abilities for meaningful and dignified work.
Alongside training, participants receive sales kits free of cost to support their job roles effectively.

We work closely with youth from rural backgrounds, helping them balance education and skill development.
This approach encourages independence and reduces reliance on others.
Our goal is to enable them to work confidently and build self-reliant futures.

Through our partnership with GlobalGiving, we are able to expand this impact.
Generous donor support plays a vital role in transforming lives.
Together, we are creating opportunities for dignity, growth, and inclusion.
