Training Youths and helping Refugees

Favela do Sape
Hello everyone,
We have restarted our classes in a whole new location and under a new concept.
Our new little school is right at the doors of the Favela do Sapé, in the district of Rio Pequeno, São Paulo.
While we were looking for a new house to install our school, we started our classes in a meeting room of one of the favela buildings which can be seen in the photo (the building that appears on the photo was built by the municipality to house the inhabitants of the Favela).
We will move to the new house we´ve found on April 6.
We are very excited about our new school. It is adjacent to the favela and the inhabitants of the community are participating very actively in our project.
Some our courses are now ministered by refugees from Africa and Middle East who very much appreciate making some money (from YOUR donations!) for a living.
The cultural exchanges between our youths and the refugee teachers are so enriching! Our teachers are very excited and so happy to talk about their country, their habits, their food and, of course, their though situation.
All of this would not be possible without your valuable assistance.
Thank you again so much!
