Each of the 8 village, there will be 24 youth total to be trained, 12 female and 12 male. In each village the training will undergo for three days.
The community is facing HIV/AIDS infection especially the youth in these villages because they are beside the roads and many travelers do pass by and others stay in Guest Houses and cause HIV/AIDS infection that these places especial to youth both male and female.
This project will solve the problem by training 192 youth in all 8 villages in Ikungi New District about HIV/AIDS so that the youth may know which are the causes for HIV/AIDS infections and become aware of it. After the training, the youth will also develop the training to other youth in their villages and in the villages around them.
The long-term effects that the project will have on the community and /or the beneficiaries is that already the beneficiaries will have got training about HIV/AIDS infectious causes and become aware of it, then they will be educating other youth in their villages to be aware of HIV/AIDS infectious causes, also the villages around them will be reached by the youth for educating others about the issue because almost in each week the youth do meet in the villages trading centers for changing ideas.
