Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the Train 1,500 Street Boys in Tailoring Skills project. Your contribution reflects strong concern for young boys working to leave the streets and build a better future. However, the donations received so far are still not enough to begin the training program.
Across many parts of Nigeria, street boys continue to face daily risks linked to poverty, lack of education, and absence of practical skills. Without access to training, many remain exposed to crime, unsafe environments, and limited opportunities for stable income.
For those willing to learn a trade, the challenge remains access. Costs related to training, transport, and feeding often prevent consistent attendance. Without structured support, many are unable to complete any form of skill training.
This project is designed to train 1,500 boys in tailoring, while also covering transport and daily meals to support their participation. After training, each participant will be supported with sewing machines and shop space to begin working.
With proper support, these boys can move away from the streets, earn income, and build stable lives through a practical trade.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this program and reach those who need it most.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
