The progress on our trade school project is quite promising. To ensure a successful implementation, we have taken several important steps. Firstly, we have engaged the services of a lawyer to draft a contract agreement between the Contractor and Upendo. This agreement will govern our partnership in commencing the construction work, with a targeted goal of starting in the second quarter of 2024.
Furthermore, we have completed the drilling of a 250-meter borehole. This borehole will not only provide water for the construction activities but will also serve as a sustainable income-generating project. Additionally, we plan to install solar power systems before the end of this month. This installation will enable us to supply water to local communities, contributing to their well-being and development.
Moreover, we have secured a rented classroom specifically for our technology skills class. This classroom will be utilized starting from the second quarter of 2024, allowing us to provide training and education in various technology-related fields. Overall, our trade school project is progressing well, as evidenced by the successful completion of crucial tasks such as engaging legal support, establishing water infrastructure, and securing classroom facilities. We remain committed to our mission of empowering individuals through education and skills development.
