In Turkey, 1 out of 44 children is born with the risk of autism. Although it is known that 1.5 million have autism, 500 thousand of them are in the education age, that is, between the ages of 0-19. Unfortunately, 90% of the 500 thousand autistic people in the education age cannot access education. In order to prevent this inequality in education since 2018, we have opened 158 classrooms within the scope of the protocol we signed with the Ministry of National Education and with the support of sponsors. These classes are the classes in which children with autism receive education in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. We equip the classrooms with educational materials and technological equipment, and provide training to teachers and families. We collect our project donations in our fund. Once we reach our donation goal, we will open a class.
